kwento ito sa akin kaninang umaga, medyo malabo pa, pero parang ganito yung nangyari:

Three resident manager trainees in our department, Wednesday, discussing complaints with assistant manager. AM explained that if the complaints are valid, the agents make their own reply letters to the clients who filed the complaint. ang unang hirit:

RMT1 (girl): "ah, so they can?!"
AM: "oo naman, marunong naman yang mga yan eh. naka graduate naman yan sila, most of them from La Salle, UP, etc etc.
RMT2 (guy): "well, in Ateneo, maybe."

... parang ang point lang nitong mga ito, if you're NOT from Ateneo, it's doubtful that you can write an apology letter to a client!

and... fresh grad po ang nagsabi nito...
