speaking of high school...

hazel and i saw our former h.s. speech teacher Mr. Roño at the Discovery lobby yesterday lunch time. syempre, di naman namin inexpect na makikilala nya kami, lalo na ako, kasi average student lang ako nun not like my uber talinong sisters. and besides, he has taught so many students over the years so i don't expect he'd remember us. so we "ignored" him and went on our way, but out of the corner of our eyes, we saw him looking at us. (funny lang si hazel... hindi pa nakakalayo si Mr. R nang bigla syang humirit ng malakas "hello! nakatingin kaya satin!"... ehem, ple, hindi rin malakas boses mo noh? narinig kaya tayo nun? hahahaha!!)

anyway, honestly i was bothered by that. i mean, he taught for years at SSC, would he even remember ALL of the faces of his students? so i asked my sister if she was also Mr. R's student. she replied with a yes. aaaahhh ok, so most likely Mr. R thought i was my sister. since she was every teacher's favorite (graduated top 5 of her batch), it's likely that Mr. R remembers her. i was just a mere shadow of my sister (remember physics class, numerous times that our teacher called me by my sister's name when i raised my hand to recite).

ooohhh, do i smell some bitterness here? nah, tapos na yon.. na get over ko na yon pagka graduate ko ng h.s. hehehe!
